Instructions coming soon!
Open Course Builder Launcher
1. To open Course Builder Launcher, left-click on the system tray icon (see screenshot).
2. It will open a docked window like so:
With Course Builder Launcher open, click whichever task you want to perform. Note: Always use the correct version of course builder to match your course.
Note: You cannot open multliple copies of the same course builder simultaneously. I.E. - If you already have Course Builder 3 running, clicking "Create or Edit a Brain 3 Course" will take you back to the existing Course Builder 3 window instead of spawning a new one.
Advanced Functions
You can also right-click the taskbar icon to show some additional options:
Move To:
Allows you to move the docked window to any of your available displays.
Pop Out:
Allows you to open the launcher in a separate window instead of a docked window.
(Note: The separate window will re-dock itself in the system tray if you close this window [i.e. clicking the red "x" close button]).
Show / Hide
Shows or hides the docked window (equivalent to left-clicking the system tray icon).
Exit
Actually closes the application. There is no need to do this for normal use-cases, but we've included this in the event of an error or need to re-install. After exiting, the application will need to be re-launched from your programs menu. It will alternatively also automatically re-open itself when your PC starts up.

If Course Builder Launcher is hiding in the panel that pops up, we're good to go. If not, skip to "Try this second"
1. Click the "Customize..." link. In the window that pops up, scroll down until you find CourseBuilderLauncher.exe in the list.
2. Open the drop down list, and choose "Only show notifications". Then, click ok to close the window. From this point forward, CourseBuilderLauncher should always be visible in your system tray.
Try this second:
If the Course Builder Launcher icon doesn't appear in the system tray "settings" panel, there's a good chance it has not been launched. Find Course Builder Launcher in your start menu (or using the desktop shortcut created during installation). After the app has opened, follow the steps above.
