FM_AdminConsole is a module with a collection of administrative functions.

Merge Duplicate Users

Moves users from one organization to another. When a duplicate login is encountered the enrollments are reconciled as well. Enrollments with a superior Completion status are left active while inferior enrollments are made inactive.
