Purolator

Overview

ICOM has 40% off all shipments for a year. We have set up a small business account. This service can also be used for Vancouver and Toronto, but the pick up address will have to be updated.

Purolator is good for across Canada shipments; they also have an international service.

Items to note:

• The default email address for all notifications goes to accounting@icomproductions.ca.
• ICOM is billed directly to ICOM not on a credit card.
• If the user wants to use the account for personal use, then they can override the payment and input their credit card information.
• The user can choose to add an email account for notifications, as needed, to the shipper (staff) or to the recipient.
• The user can update the hours of pick up, currently its set to default between 9am-4pm.
• The user can update the pick up point, currently its set to default at the "counter".
• When transaction is complete please send an email of the confirmation to icom-accounting@receiptbank.me
• If a user locks the account and the password needs to change, the notification will come to Stacey.
