Hey Christian,

When an eco2go course is launched it creates a group under the "all users" group, since she is reporting on the "Industries" group, those two groups were unaccounted for in her findings.

I've made the two applicable groups children of the "Industries" group and all seems to be fixed. They will need to do this same process for any corresponding children eco2go courses in the future, they can either do it themselves or just contact us. Probably just easier to contact us and have us do it when we create the eco2go for them anyway.

Cheers!

Branding eco2go

Hey support team,

We are coming to the close of the NIMC project and wanted to ask if you both would be comfortable with us passing on a process we have been doing with them.

Essentially NIMC has an Aviation course that individual airports would like to have their own version. I say version, it's really just for reporting and branded certificate purposes.

Up until now I have been creating the individual courses, but wanted to see if we can pass this to support.

I have written a step by step guide here. I think it covers everything, happy to run through it and even shadow the first one.

If you are both ok with it, we'd pass this guide to the client, saying that if they contact 'support@icomproductions.ca' we will follow that guide.

They would need to supply the airport name and logo.

Let me know what you think.

Thanks!

Neil

Airport SCORM Package Guide

Known Issues

Eco 2 Go

Eco 2 Go packages from this site that are deployed to another LMS (e.g. SCORMCloud) may sometimes show Incomplete even when the user was able to print their in-course achievement. There a custom domain that should be added to the package to resolve this issue. Escalate this issue to Tech (c/o Steven).
