ICOM Nextcloud is a file sharing website hosted by ICOM. The site allows file sharing between clients and ICOM.

Quick Reference Guide
This quick reference guide covers general usage for non-admin users with a focus on managing the files of a particular client project.
Common Admin tasks
Adding a client
Click your avatar in the top right corner
Click: Users
Click: New user
Input:
Username
Display name
Password
Email address
In order for ICOM Admins & client users to share files use a group.
If a new group is required:
Input the new group name
To avoid confusion this format is recommended: (Company) ~ (Project name)
For new groups also create a Group folder (see Group folders below).
Confirm new group name with your password
Click Save when done
A welcome Email will be sent to the email address input for the user
Group folders
Under your avatar in the top right, click Settings
Under Administration in the left sidebar, click Group Folders
Name the folder the same as the Group name used during User creation
Click edit Group folder
Click the group created during User creation
Edit permissions, if required
Edit Group Members
To see the files shared to a Group Folder, ensure users are a member of the appropriate group.
