This module triggers on these events:
Post Edit User
If role changes & new role starts with 'Organization Admin ':
All 'Organizations this User can administer' are removed
User associated with all organizations with 'Primary Country' detail field that matches user's role
eg: User with role 'Organization Admin Canada' will become associated with all organizations that have Primary Country of 'Canada'
Post Add User
If role starts with 'Organization Admin ':
User associated with all organizations with 'Primary Country' detail field that matches user's role
eg: User with role 'Organization Admin Canada' will become associated with all organizations that have Primary Country of 'Canada'
