Canon MF735Cdw sits in Dan's office and prints color and scans to file or email.

Scan and Send by E-Mail

Steps:

1) Place your Originals

2) Press Home

3) Press Scan

4) Select Scan Type : E-Mail

5) Specify Destination:

  • Address Book; or
  • Use Keyboard

6) Select To to go to Saved Email List

7) Select Recipient's Email and press Apply

If using the Keyboard (type in the Recipient's Email Address and press Apply when done)

8) Press either the B/W or Color to start scanning.

Scan and Send to the Shared Folder (Y:\_ScannedImages)

Steps:

  • Place your Originals
  • Press Home
  • Select Scan
  • Select Scan Type : File
  • Specify Destination : Address Book
  • Select Scanned Images (\\ICOMNT13\Y_drive) and press Apply
  • Press either the B/W or Color to start scanning.
  • Open File Explorer and browse your scanned pages/images in Y:\_ScannedImages
