ICOM Learning Centre is a FiLMS instance used for delivering training to ICOM users.

An ICOM Active Directory account and it's associated password is required to access, eg: mjohnson

Adding new users

To add a new user login with as an administrator. Your personal user may have admin rights or you may need to login as an administrator using the admin login page:

Users need to be created with a username that matches Active Directory exactly. The usual format being:

  • first initial + last name
  • eg: mjohnson

Other important setting include:

  • Organization: ICOM Learning Centre
  • Username: ( the user's Active Directory username )
  • Password: ( your choice )
  • Role: Learner
  • Email: ( their email address at ICOM )
