Versature Conference Pod is a Web Portal included for Versature users and it manages conference bridges. Maximum of 5 concurrent callers. Need more info? Click here. Having issues? Try PGi as a backup.

Quick Start Walkthrough

Login

URL: https://pod.versatureapps.com

User: (phone extension)@icomproductions.ca

Pass: (same as Versature Client Portal)

Email address confirmation will be required on your first login.

Quick Start

  • To quick start a conference, click Quick Start

Conference Room

  • You will be redirected to a new Conference Room
  • Default call-in number is listed in the first tile
  • Alternative numbers available by clicking "Available Phone Numbers"

Dial-in

  • Do you have Versature Dialer installed on Chrome?
    • Click the dial-in number and confirm with OK
  • Otherwise dial you dial-in number manually using your hardphone, PC softphone or Smartphone app

Pin numbers

  • Host PIN listed above "My Pin"
  • Attendee PINs listed under the "Invited Members" arrow

Attendee PIN

  • Multiple attendees can share unassigned Attendee PINs

Invites

  • Click Invite to explicitly invite Attendees via email or SMS
  • Invited attendees will receive a message with the dial-in details required

Conference Members

  • Members can be seen and managed under Conference Members
