Thanks Dan/Mark for taking the time to speak with us today.
Based on the discussion, there shouldn’t be any concerns to move forward with the assumption we can host the “Slips, Trips and Falls” lesson in our SharePoint intranet using the same adapter we used for the “Drug and Alcohol” lesson. We will still need to confirm this approach in the initial phase of the project with ICOM.
As we move forward and develop a timeline and an approach for the project, we would like to establish some simple “milestones” to ensure we can coordinate the effort and arrive at the end of the project successfully.
Within first week of project, ICOM can produce a simple sample lesson to enable IPL to test and validate this approach.
Near lesson completion or end of third week, another sample lesson can be delivered to IPL for testing with draft content to validate the lesson.
After lesson completion at the end of fourth week, we will have had time on the IPL side to make any adjustments necessary to host the lesson, and can have the environment configured and ready to go.
I believe we can review these milestones and approach as we formalize the project.
