Chrome browser
Additional features managed by ICOM are available to ICOM G Suite accounts that have signed into the Chrome browser.
Gmail

Web browser
Most ICOM users interact with Gmail through their web browser:
User: (Active Directory account)@icomproductions.ca, eg: services@icomproductions.ca
Pass: (synced with Active Directory)
Outlook & IMAP
Step 1: Enable IMAP
On your computer, open Gmail.
In the top right, click Settings .
Click Settings.
Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.
In the "IMAP Access" section, select Enable IMAP.
Click Save Changes.
Step 2: Less secure apps

Transferring ownership
By default, each G-Suite user has 30GB of file storage for files they own. Room under each limit can be reduced by changing the ownership of files.
