Chrome browser

Additional features managed by ICOM are available to ICOM G Suite accounts that have signed into the Chrome browser.

Gmail

Access

Web browser

Most ICOM users interact with Gmail through their web browser:

  • URL: https://mail.google.com

  • User: (Active Directory account)@icomproductions.ca, eg: services@icomproductions.ca

  • Pass: (synced with Active Directory)

Outlook & IMAP

Step 1: Enable IMAP

  1. On your computer, open Gmail.

  2. In the top right, click Settings .

  3. Click Settings.

  4. Click the Forwarding and POP/IMAP tab.

  5. In the "IMAP Access" section, select Enable IMAP.

  6. Click Save Changes.

  • People

      • The entire G Suite domain

      • Employees who both sit in the Calgary office & those working remotely but connected to the Calgary Office

    • #ICOM ~ Vancouver Employees

      • Employees working in the Vancouver area

    • #ICOM ~ Toronto Employees

      • Employees working in the Toronto area

    • #ICOM ~ Contractors

      • Contractors working from any location

  • Locations

Transferring ownership

By default, each G-Suite user has 30GB of file storage for files they own. Room under each limit can be reduced by changing the ownership of files.
