BHP Billiton is an ICOM client that uses SumTotal LMS. They also have a FiLMS instance and they are Tier I support for it.

  • SCORM 2004 course packages are requested but SCORM 1.2 packages are preferred by ICOM
  • Want to track question data for reporting of what is a question everyone gets wrong
  • Must be zipped with 7Zip only

Known issues

From Tobias:

The issue we had we the difficulty of updating a course in SumTotal due to (what we believe) a change in the manifest.xml http://help/index.php?title=SumTotal_Systems also there is this update to fix an issue http://help/index.php?title=File%3ACore_Files_Update_fix_Next_Btn_Freeze.zip but i can't remember how/what issue this fixed, I assume newer versions of BRAIN will apply same fix. All zip files sent to BHP must be zipped with 7Zip
