Google had a bug with our billing for the last while and shutdown the vm sometime over the weekend I think. It seems like they fixed the bug and I was able to pay the bill and get the site back up. It is a very simple site and I think I can add your account to the cloud console but I don't expect any problems for years now. escalations to me are fine.
