Lightning Experience

Lightning is SalesForce's new user interface. All users in ICOM's SalesForce instance should have the permissions available to them to switch to Lightning, visit your User Menu and click Switch to Lightning Experience. To switch back to Classic, visit your User Menu and click Switch to SalesForce Classic.

Gmail to Salesforce

Emails in Gmail can be logged in Salesforce by BCCing a special email address. To view your BCC address, go to "My Email to Salesforce":
