Generate Sample User List & Enrolment Export

These are used by a number of clients to allow FiLMS to interface with their HR systems, etc

  • Create Enrollment export sample in Custom Reports, if courses exist

Create Admin User and Test User

Setup new SFTP account

  • Create a SFTP account with an accountname of shortname+"_sftp"
  • eg: acme_sftp

sudo /home/client_jails/create_jailed_sftp.sh accountname

Example:

  • Full file path
    • /home/cnrlssh/from_icom/enrollment_export.csv

Web CourseBuilder

  • Request client specific design
  • Upload client design to: /orgresources/global/
    • This should overwrite the existing global files
  • Ensure all of your templates existing in your FiLMS instance:
  • If you edit the structure through the FiLMS GUI ensure that the interface location is not blank: interface/dInterface.swf
  • Build test CourseBuilder course and test
