Moneris is ICOM's online payment processing service. It is used almost exclusively by ICOM's e-Commerce site, ICOM Learning. On occasion small VISA payments are requested by ICOM Sales.

- Locate the "Credit spender" for the Organization is question
- Note of their User ID
- Search the transactions in the time frame of the purchase
- Your receipt will be the one that contains a "Customer ID" that matches your FiLMS "User ID"

- Order ID & Customer ID, to include client's name & company
- Email receipt to client & the requestor for the payment
