Self-registration

Users hoping to register must provide a valid Company ID.

Create New Organizations

New organizations setup.

Company IDs are auto-generated by FiLMS when a new organization is created.

Detail fields:

  • ID of the detail field storing user's email = 1

  • ID of the detail field storing user's email = 1

Auto-enrollments in the current versions of courses is required. This can be done be selecting:

  • Use the following Organization as a template: _Template (please do not remove)

  • Checkmark: Copy Groups, Copy Catalogs, Copy Classes, Copy Certificates

Yearly Reset

Course update:

  1. Export last year's course

  2. Rename course package structure.xml to reflect new course name, eg: 2016 Safety

  3. Import as New course

  4. Test to ensure the Certificate has the new name, eg: 2016 Safety

  5. Auto-enroll everyone in the new course with the module "Enrollment Wizard without Event" http://saskenergy.icomproductions.ca/includes/modules/FM_EnrollmentWizardWithoutEvent/index.php

  6. Make Class global

  7. If you are waiting, make new Course INACTIVE

  8. If it's Go-Live, make new Course ACTIVE

  9. Inactivate old course


Email notification:

  1. Update email participants

    1. Run Custom Report #8 http://saskenergy.icomproductions.ca/admin/custom_report_list.php?clearHistory=true

    2. Import output as a user list for the Organization _REMINDER_EMAIL_ORG http://saskenergy.icomproductions.ca/admin/bulk_user_upload.php

  2. Update/send email

    1. Input new content (if applicable) into the email template #9 https://saskenergy.icomproductions.ca/includes/modules/FM_EmailTemplates/admin/fm_email_template_edit.php?intId=9

    2. Email wizard with these settings:

      1. Users: _REMINDER_EMAIL_ORG

      2. From Name: SaskEnergy/TransGas Health, Safety and Environmental Contractor Safety Orientation

      3. From Address: do-not-reply@icom.productions

      4. Email Template: email template used in Email step 2.1 (above)

SaskEnergy Contractor Portal (sefirst.icomproductions.ca) update has gone live and is now in the Warranty phase until April 13th.


Here is what was updated:

1) ICOM has deployed a SaskEnergy provided training course(s) onto SaskEnergy.icomproductions.ca

2) The course will be hosted separately from the existing orientation

3) Users will be uploaded by SaskEnergy which will trigger a welcome email with login instructions

4) ICOM will ensure users accessing the Natural Gas Training will not have access to the SaskEnergy documents library

5) ICOM will create a separate admin login and report for the Natural Gas Training
