Overview

This is a customized non-standard passport. When the learners self-register, they are automatically enrolled in 6 knowledge check courses. The learners go through modules and complete a quiz (knowledge-check) at the end. When a learner has completed / passed a module, (s)he will be awarded with a certificate, which can be found in Certificates Earned. Certificate Earned can be found by clicking on to top right icon. Note that the earned certificates mentioned are not a FiLMS earned certificate. From FiLMS's perspective, the learner has completed / passed the enrollment.

Admins can run a report.

Future Implementation (this will be implemented in future date)

When the users self-register in a specific language, their accounts will default to that language when they visit the site. Even though the default language cannot be changed, they can view the modules in different languages by using the language switcher (located at top left corner next to the logo).

FAQ / Troubleshooting

Help! There appears to be an error (e.g. video file not found) on the learners' module / section page I'm viewing. This goes to Will.
I want to add more sections / modules. This is a change request and this goes to an account manager.
I want to add more things (e.g. company, role, agency affiliation) in the self-registration page. This is a change request and this goes to an account manager.
