Where's my Earned Certificate?

A user has a completion in WHMIS but not an Earned Certificate. If they just completed the course the Earned Cert may not be generated yet.

Solutions:

The natural way: Wait for the nightly job that generates Earned Certificates
Less natural way: Have the user visit their Earned Cert page:

The admin way: An Admin will need to click the Earn Missing Certificates link on the Earned Certs page

Force complete Storyline

"Force Complete (with Results)" sets both the enrollment & result complete.

"Force Complete" only sets the enrollment complete which can lead to reporting irregularities. After a course relaunch it'll show "incomplete"

User lists

Gibraltar is able to run a user list from their HRIS Avanti. The list is a CSV with bad headers and malformed rows at the bottom. Edits must be performed to it before it can be run in FiLMS.
