FM_EmailReports

Overview

FM_EmailReports is a FiLMS module that sent custom report email nightly / weekly to specific users.

Installation & Configuration

Installation

It should be installed non-globally.

A DB table "fm_email_reports" is created as well.

Configuration

The following security functions have been added:

Uninstall

Will uninstall both DB table along with its security functions.

Usage

The interface for configuring email report are located at People -> E-Mails -> List Email Reports (unsure whether FM_EmailTemplates needed to be installed to view that "List Email Reports" shortcut).

Edit Fm Email Report

Limitation

• Cannot config the email report to run monthly, yearly etc
• Cannot config the email report to run at specific time.
