Overview

From Charlie at Oracast:

  • The TELUS Customer Journey App is a custom content management system, created for the TELUS Transformation Office, to help support TELUS Sales Executives. There are two users: Admins and Sales Execs.
    • Admins have the ability to create content in the form of text, videos, images, multiple choice questions etc. (basically a questionnaire) - they can then review this questionnaire once the Sales Exec has completed it.
    • The Sales Execs can view this content (during a Sales meeting) to help support the sale, and to help collect information during the sale. The questions and comments submitted by the Sales Exec via the app are then processed by an administrator, who internally files a report to that Sales Exec to support and elevate the potential sale.
