Support

Warning: Do not attempt to create a user account manually in FiLMS. This will break HTC FiLMS. If you need to create a user account, do it via self-registration.

Registration Passcodes

To change passcode, visit the organization edit page and make changes from there.

  • 2 / Wildfire Contractor / wo2016
  • 12 / Wildfire Crew Leader 2017 / wildfire
  • 14 / Wildfire Wage / wfwage

Group selection

When registering with the Wildfire Contractor passcode users are asked to choose from a list of groups that belong to that organization. This is a dynamic list so new groups can be added to the organization and be displayed here.

Certificate

To create a new certificate in FiLMS:

Top menu: Education > Certificates > Add New Certificate (left sidebar)

Who can earn this?

Since HTC uses multiple organizations we cannot use "Optimized". All classes are global. Allow the corresponding class to earn this cert.
