Fax

Fax services are provided by ICOM using a "soft fax." ICOM Calgary does not have a physical fax machine.

Receiving

ICOM's fax number is: 1-866-430-2102

Incoming faxes are converted to a PDF and emailed to ICOM's Support Team. Check with them here:

Sending

  • Scan your document using a scanner

  • Save as a PDF document

a) e-Mailing

Who can e-Mail? Only assigned senders:

How to?

  • Attach PDF to an email

  • "to" address should include the target fax number followed by "@myfax.com". ***Updated Nov 16, 2021

    • Eg: if you are faxing 403-555-1234 the to e-Mail address is: 14035551234@myfax.com

  • Include country code, so within North America there should be a 1 in front of the number
