New client theme
- Description:
- Client's are given eco access which is branded to them
- Usually just a replacement of the TELUS logo with the clients
- To do this the Tech team sets up a new theme
- Service level target: 2 days
- Service desk
- Receives ticket from Client admin team
- Confirms the following information is provided:
- Client user ID in eco/FiLMS
- Logo file:
- Default: 200px wide x 45px high
- Max: 300px wide x 67.5px high
- Escalate to Expert technical support group ~ eco
- Update the client
- Expert technical support group ~ eco
- Add logo to system
- Impersonate User to ensure it's working
- Notify Service Desk
- To Add the logo to the Eco site, go to the user set up for it (IE Nature's Path has a user of NP) and add the name of the logo in the Guidebook Theme in the Additional Details field.

These are typically done by uploading the AWS using either the AWS Console or an app like S3 Browser. The base folder is here:

Jon set me up with it I'm not sure if you're also setup. I go into icom.productions --> caching and only ever run a "custom purge" with the links that you updated on S3.
