We have finally resolved the external issues with the web services for both Corridor and iCom.
We have tested them ourselves with our external connection so I was hoping you can do a quick test as well of both QA and production for iCom to make sure. Both QA and Prod have been updated with the latest changes to include the new hire dates as well…
This change also involved switching from Windows Authentication to using Basic Authentication but it should not affect your side unless you were doing something specifically for Windows Auth.
Because we moved the external access, and coincidentally the secure certs were already expiring, we also had to change the external names to reference. This is a table showing the old with the new. The Old should work for a short time until they are disabled but if they can use the new names sooner rather than later that would be best.
